About The Position

Voltage is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and execute customer and internal projects from order intake through production, delivery, and close-out. In this highly visible role, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality, cost, and customer expectations. You will serve as the primary execution leader across U.S. and China teams, driving accountability, communication, and continuous improvement across all project activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments.
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling, engineering hand-offs, and logistics coordination.
  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Experience with ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of PMBOK and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from order intake through delivery and close-out.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Ensure alignment across engineering releases, production schedules, and logistics timelines.
  • Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and close-out reviews with internal teams and customers.
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting cost, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Finance.
  • Lead cross-functional execution reviews across U.S. and China teams.
  • Ensure consistent, accurate communication and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Implement standardized project management processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Maintain governance practices including risk tracking, checklists, and project reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce delays and improve cycle times.
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance project systems and reporting capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Managers and Coordinators.
  • Establish performance expectations and drive accountability across the team.
