About The Position

CTG is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, execution tracking, governance, and stakeholder management for large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional who can independently drive project delivery, manage complex cross-functional dependencies, and provide executive-level reporting in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Requirements

10+ years of project management experience.
Experience supporting large-scale technology or business transformation programs.
Strong expertise in project planning, RAID management, dependency management, executive reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist, ITIL Foundation, or Prosci Change Management Certification.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Track project execution, identify risks, and drive mitigation activities.
Maintain RAID logs, dependency trackers, action registers, and decision logs.
Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, operations, vendors, and leadership teams.
Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, and issue-resolution sessions.
Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and leadership presentations.
Drive accountability, ownership, and timely decision-making across project teams.
