About The Position

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering large, complex customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standard. You will play a key role in financial accountability, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while contributing to continuous improvement across our delivery function.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in project management, including large enterprise software implementations.
• Strong knowledge of MDM, SaaS solutions, and integration projects.
• Financial and resource management experience for multimillion-dollar initiatives.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, or similar industries.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large and complex MDM or enterprise software projects using SIMA and industry best practice methodologies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and governance to ensure successful outcomes.
• Oversee risk and quality management processes to maintain delivery excellence.
• Serve as the main point of contact with stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Contribute to the evolution of delivery methodologies, sharing knowledge and driving improvement initiatives.
