About The Position

TAR's mission is to power intelligence for the world by building the world’s first off-grid power plant for data centers powered by renewable technologies. The company is focused on delivering GW-scale power faster than anyone by rethinking every layer of the stack, from racking systems to power electronics to dispatch algorithms to on-site construction. TAR is both a hardware and software company building critical physical infrastructure and is working with a large compute provider to deploy 5GWs by 2028. The Senior Project Manager will own the day-to-day execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring they stay on target schedule and budget from initial planning through commissioning. This role operates on an owner-led, EPCM-as-agent delivery model, requiring direct administration of EPC contracts and coordination of suppliers, engineers, and field crews. The position is based in Austin with regular travel to project sites in West Texas.
