Requirements

At least 8 years of commercial construction project management experience, with a strong focus on healthcare renovations.
Proven experience managing projects in occupied hospitals or active healthcare facilities.
Strong knowledge of Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA), containment procedures, and hospital safety protocols.
Experience coordinating abatement, phased construction, negative air systems, and dust containment.
Ability to develop logistics plans that minimize disruptions to hospital operations.
Strong background managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, change orders, and client relationships.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
