About The Position

JLL is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects and deliver exceptional project management services for clients. The role oversees projects from planning through execution, with responsibility for budgets, schedules, and quality. The Senior Project Manager collaborates with internal teams, external stakeholders, and project teams; provides leadership and guidance; and builds client relationships by understanding their goals and objectives. The position also champions JLL’s culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging.

This is an on-site position in Charlottesville or Richmond, Virginia. The position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Expected compensation is $100,000–$140,000 per year, with final compensation dependent on factors including qualifications, location, and market conditions. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until a candidate is identified.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• At least 7 years of project management experience, focused on healthcare construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
