Senior Project Manager, Healthcare Construction
About The Position
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead projects and deliver project management services for JLL clients, with a focus on healthcare construction. You will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution; collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders; and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards. You will provide leadership and guidance to project teams and build client relationships by understanding their goals and objectives. The position is on-site in Charlottesville or Richmond, Virginia. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- At least 7 years of project management experience focused on healthcare construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation.
- Knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
