About The Position

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager to join our team! We offer full benefits, PTO, 401k, and more! This is an on-site role at the candidate’s preferred location: Peoria, IL, Chicago, IL, or Dallas, TX. If you are a detail-oriented, data-fluent project management expert ready to lead high-visibility digital intelligence initiatives within an extremely reputable, stable Fortune 500 company — let’s talk! We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Digital Intelligence team, on-site at your choice of Peoria, IL; Chicago, IL; or Dallas, TX. You will orchestrate cross-functional alignment, structure and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) and the project plan for the Data workstream, and manage day-to-day digital intelligence activities. You will proactively identify risks to ensure pilot projects can move to scale smoothly and stay on schedule, while communicating effectively with stakeholders and team members at all levels to keep deadlines on track and tier responsibilities met. You will coordinate on behalf of the data workstream and overall digital intelligence team across roughly 10 different teams, working closely with data teams on tasks such as data engineering, building data pipelines, creating consumable tables, enabling reporting, and developing target audiences from the product management side.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree, PMP, or PMI certification required.
  • Heavy experience with Microsoft Project and proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) — critical tools for daily project planning, task management, and progress tracking.
  • Data fluency — comfortable with concepts like data pipelines and data governance, able to bridge the gap between technical teams and the business.
  • Change management expertise — skilled at navigating organizational change, aligning diverse teams, and securing buy-in from team leads to ensure projects deliver value.
  • Agile planning — comfortable adapting to new challenges and delivering results in short, iterative cycles rather than following a rigid plan.
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate technical details into clear business terms.
  • Highly organized and proficient with standard tools such as Microsoft Teams, ADO, and OneNote.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of key data architecture and engineering terminology to support smoother communication with technical teams and more accurate project planning and risk assessment.
  • Strong notetaking ability — able to document decisions and action items clearly and concisely to maintain project clarity and alignment across workstreams.
  • Curious problem-solver who is flexible and adapts readily to change.
  • Strong negotiation skills to navigate competing priorities and secure buy-in across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Set and attend meetings; manage Azure DevOps features and run standups across the data workstream.
  • Create communications to keep product managers informed on project status and any possible risks to deadlines, delivery, or data quality.
  • Coordinate with data teams on tasks including data engineering, data pipeline creation, consumable table development, reporting enablement, and target audience creation.
  • Partner with architecture, solution design, and engineering teams to support the execution portion of product delivery.
  • Proactively identify and manage risk to ensure pilot initiatives are positioned to scale smoothly and meet all due dates.
