Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of educational background and work experience
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in project management, program coordination, technical leadership, product management, or other roles encompassing significant project management duties delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships
  • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Excellent computer skills and comfort with project management tools and platforms
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries (AS9100, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, FDA, or similar regulatory frameworks)
  • Ability to review technical information from aerospace and defense customers as required by the Application Innovation Group

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree
  • PMP or PRINCE II certification
  • Experience with Smartsheet, M365 Suite, and PowerBI
  • Background in additive manufacturing or 3D printing technologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget across a portfolio of active and pipeline development initiatives
  • Partner with customers and business development teams in project meetings to understand part requirements, validation needs, and certification expectations, translating them into actionable project objectives
  • Develop comprehensive project scopes, timelines, and detailed plans in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and resource alignment
  • Coordinate product realization processes that balance speed-to-market with quality, managing internal resources and external vendors for flawless execution
  • Monitor and measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies, providing regular, robust updates to leadership, clients, and external teams
  • Mitigate project risks proactively while managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs through established verification and change control processes
  • Document and maintain comprehensive project records, escalating issues to management when needed and ensuring transparency across all project phases
