Senior Project Manager, Construction
About The Position
The Senior Project Manager leads construction and other client projects, delivering project management services and exceptional results. The role oversees project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution; coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders; and ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. It provides leadership and guidance to project teams, builds client relationships, understands client goals, and supports JLL’s collaborative, inclusive culture. The position is on-site in Columbus, Ohio. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- At least 7 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects successfully from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation.
- Knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
