About The Position

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing projects, consisting of campaign, digital, e-com, GWP, events, in-store visual merchandising and educational materials, across both the Creative and Visual Merchandising teams. This role is a key driver in the day-to-day operations, liaising between both internal and external teams to ensure work is delivered on brief, on budget and on schedule.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of related industry experience, preferably agency or client direct.
  • Experience developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work well in teams.
  • Agency experience in beauty, fashion or luxury.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to self-prioritize and prioritize for others the tasks associated with producing brand specific work.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding work ethic with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal creative project operations from brief intake to final asset delivery, including planning, execution and managing timelines, deliverables and feedback loops across all internal creative projects.
  • Calendarize all project milestones, ensuring the right stakeholders are present and available to provide feedback at every stage of the creative process.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team alignment so that activities and deliverables are executed on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.
  • Ensure standardized processes and templates are maintained and followed correctly across the cross-functional teams (eg, Asana, statuses, deliverables, meeting agendas, summaries, etc).
  • Be accountable for real-time status tracking for all active projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Coordinate with Production and Procurement teams to ensure needs for photo and video shoots and in-store displays are properly communicated and stay within budget.
  • QC all work before releasing to brand team and vendors.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Region to identify opportunities to share creative assets and production runs of elements such as tester units, GWP bags, fixtures, etc. for cost savings.
  • Identify further opportunities for efficiency, automation, and streamlining of process, including upfront planning, and retrospective learnings.
  • Lead a weekly team status meeting demonstrating a comprehensive analysis of all work streams and identify weekly goals.
