We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can excel in engineering and project management, as well as marketing, and mentoring. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Masters degree preferred
12+ years of related experience in water/wastewater projects in a design/engineering consulting environment
PE Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise multiple projects to ensure they meet commitments related to time, quality, and communication.
Work directly with clients to establish project schedules and set expectations.
Display solid understanding of the principles related to water and wastewater utility engineering. This can include wells, pipelines, pump stations, storage tanks, and treatment systems.
Demonstrated success and expertise in water treatment design is critical to this position.
Proven track record as a problem solver in a client facing role.
Serve as a project manager lead; provide and enhance client relationships.
Build, lead, and direct staff and sub-consultants in the execution of specific projects to meet schedules and timely completion of projects.
Schedule and lead production staff meetings.
The ability to win work, bring clients, and develop a self-sufficient team.
