This role is ideal for someone who operates with a high level of ownership, leads teams with confidence, and consistently drives results across multiple projects while mentoring others and influencing outcomes at a higher level.

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Proven experience leading large or multiple projects
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, and documentation
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
