About The Position

INFUSE is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a Business Analysis or Product Management background to lead strategic initiatives from process analysis and solution design through implementation and automation. The role combines project management and analytical skills to drive improvements at team and company levels. The position is remote and contract-based.

The role involves leading multiple cross-department projects and owning end-to-end delivery, including planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The Senior Project Manager will analyze and model workflows, identify inefficiencies, develop actionable requirements, lead change management, and coordinate cross-functional integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions.

INFUSE is a demand generation company serving B2B organizations, with a global team operating across more than 60 countries. Requirements

• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management.
• Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results.
• Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on the integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions.
• Keep stakeholders aligned through requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management.
