Senior Project Manager, Construction
About The Position
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead projects and deliver exceptional results for JLL clients. You will manage all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards; lead and guide project teams; and build client relationships by understanding their goals and objectives. The role also champions JLL's culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging. This is an on-site position in Chicago, Illinois. The position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- At least 7 years of project management experience, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
