About The Position

Senior Construction Project Managers hold a position of great trust and responsibility for Client Construction. They serve as the lead contact for clients and mentor and coach company employees in the practices and activities that support project success. Although the role includes senior leadership responsibilities, the Senior Project Manager may also manage project work, particularly on larger and more complicated projects. The position involves bidding and contracting with owners and subcontractors, tracking RFIs, change orders, monthly owner requisitions, and subcontractor invoices and billings, and maintaining and growing client relationships.

Requirements

• Experience building relationships and projects.
• Experience mentoring other Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Knowledge of construction materials, means, and methods.
• Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP plans and specifications.
• Proficiency in project accounting and project scheduling using Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Procore, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead contact for clients.

• Manage project work, especially on larger and more complicated projects.
• Bid and contract with owners and subcontractors.
