Requirements

• Extensive experience with construction site management, including site supervision and safety oversight.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contract administration processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and change management within a construction environment.
• Proven ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple priorities in fast-paced settings with extensive construction site experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of construction projects, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management tools to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee construction estimating processes and review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately assess project scope and costs.
• Manage procurement activities using HeavyBid or comparable construction estimating software to efficiently secure materials and services.
• Monitor construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and documentation using Construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam.
• Coordinate with civil engineers and other technical professionals to interpret schematics and ensure precise execution on-site.
• Track project progress through detailed scheduling and proactively adjust plans to address potential delays or issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other critical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
