About The Position

Marathon TS is looking for a Senior Project Manager to remotely support our Fortune 500 client that consistently ranks in the top 10. This role is part of the Enterprise Architecture, Governance & 3rd Party Management team, which is a lean, fast-paced, and highly technical team. The Director of this team has a military background, so feedback can be direct. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to deeply understand the projects they manage. They should be able to drive execution, possess expert-level project management skills, contribute ideas, and exhibit flexibility and professionalism in meetings, including knowing when to mute. The role also requires the ability to meet with third-party vendors and send agendas before meetings. Technical skills required include proficiency with Smartsheets, Zendesk, and Jira boards, as well as experience using AI with office tools as a facilitator and knowledge of Adobe features.
