About The Position

We're looking for a strategic and client-focused Senior Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex ERP implementation projects and building trusted relationships with enterprise clients. In this role, you'll lead large, multi-stream ERP programs from planning through successful delivery, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll play a key role in driving delivery excellence, managing project risks, mentoring project managers, and helping shape the future of our PMO. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of experience leading complex ERP programs or portfolios
  • Proven experience managing client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience delivering ERP, SaaS, or complex technology implementations
  • Strong understanding of project financials, scope control, and delivery governance
  • English proficiency (spoken and written): Required due to regular communication and collaboration with clients and partners in other provinces of Canada and the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is considered an asset
  • Formal training in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies is considered an asset
  • Experience with retail, wholesale, or supply chain ERP implementations (preferred)
  • Exposure to global or multi-client delivery environments (preferred)
  • Experience working within a PMO-driven organization (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi stream or multi project programs across enterprise ERP implementations
  • Engage with client leadership to ensure alignment on delivery strategy, implementation sequencing, and prioritization decisions.
  • Own integrated delivery planning across multiple workstreams, vendors, or delivery teams
  • Drive portfolio level risk management, proactively identifying systemic risks and mitigation strategies
  • Mentor Level I and Level II project managers, providing coaching on delivery excellence and client engagement
  • Influence PMO governance, standards, and methodology improvements across Professional Services
  • Support executive level reporting, forecasting, and delivery performance analysis
  • Manage end to end delivery of client projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers for ERP implementation and consulting engagements
  • Serve as the primary day to day point of contact for clients on assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
  • Coordinate cross functional resources across Professional Services, Development, PMO, and Support to meet project deliverables
  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when required
  • Track and report on project status, financials, and milestones using standard PMO governance and reporting tools
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), go live readiness, and post implementation transition activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies, templates, and best practices
