About The Position

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex industrial construction projects from preconstruction through execution and final delivery. This role is accountable for planning, coordination, financial performance, and client satisfaction across high-risk, logistically demanding projects. Success in this position requires someone who understands the realities of field-driven work—tight schedules, evolving site conditions, and zero room for safety mistakes—and can lead teams accordingly.

  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase projects with significant logistical challenges
  • Strong understanding of field operations, including crane work, rigging practices, and site coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple projects without losing control of details or timelines
  • Demonstrated leadership—able to direct crews, coordinate vendors, and hold teams accountable
  • Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Strong communication skills, especially in high-pressure, field-driven environments
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar)

  • Coordinate internal teams and specialized vendors (crane operators, transport, engineering, subcontractors) to ensure safe and efficient execution
  • Ensure scope, sequencing, and logistics are clearly defined and understood before work begins
  • Monitor project performance in real time—adjusting plans to address field conditions, access constraints, and schedule pressures
  • Identify risks early, particularly around safety, logistics, and site coordination, and take decisive action to mitigate them
  • Maintain direct communication with clients, providing clear updates on progress, challenges, and solutions
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety standards, lift plans, and regulatory requirements—no compromises
  • Lead project meetings including pre-lift briefings, coordination meetings, and post-project reviews
