PCI is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for its PCI Dallas 114 operations based in Midlothian, TX. This individual will be responsible for actively participating in safety plans and measures, understanding and following corporate safety guidelines, creating and managing punch lists, and ensuring quality control measures are met. The role involves preparing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings, with a clear understanding of building systems and their relation to the building process. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate activities for productivity and efficiency, perform quantitative takeoffs, order materials, price change orders, create and implement job schedules, and communicate issues to negotiate optimal trade positions. Responsibilities also include performing labor control, coordinating warranties and O&Ms, assisting in vendor selection and material/equipment coordination, managing subcontractor buyouts, contracts, work sequencing, billings, and change orders. The role requires accountability for job cost control through monthly Financial Analysis Worksheets (FAWs) and supporting the branch through positive customer relations and active participation in the Customer Alignment Plan.
