About The Position
As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex, client-facing IT and business transformation projects within the PMO. This role provides end-to-end ownership—from initiation through closure—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client expectations and Insight’s project delivery standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 15 years of project management experience with at least 5 years of experience in client-facing project and program management across multiple customers.
- Proven ability to manage complex, client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, margin management)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously across various clients and industries
- Own full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and financial forecasts
