The Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in managing assigned projects within the College’s asset renewal and replacement program and deferred maintenance projects. These plans may range in scope up to over $2,000,000. This position is responsible for project management on existing facilities on the Claremont McKenna College campus, including preventive, corrective, and deferred building maintenance, building renovations, and planning and management of the capital renewal and replacement budget (CARR). The Senior Project Manager reports to the Assistant Vice President for Facilities and Campus Services and works independently and collaboratively to manage projects from concept through design and construction until completion of the warranty period. This role also supports campus sustainability programs, acts as a liaison between the College and The Claremont Colleges Services Central Facilities Services, and may support the College’s Emergency Management Committee. The position requires a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
