About The Position

The Senior Project Manager leads clients and internal staff in implementing Sapiens’ proprietary applications. The role combines technical competence, reinsurance industry knowledge, and customer-facing skills, with most time spent working directly with client business and technical teams and internal technical experts. Reporting to the Reinsurance Professional Services Executive and working under general supervision, the Project Manager is accountable to Sapiens management and clients for successful, timely, and cost-effective system delivery. The position owns project initiation, planning, and delivery, including stakeholder reporting, risk planning, change management, and issue mitigation. Projects must be delivered within scope, on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. The successful candidate uses Agile or waterfall methodologies and supporting software to plan, schedule, report, and manage risks across multiple concurrent projects. The role is fully remote, with occasional attendance at client sites depending on client requirements. Minimal travel is anticipated, potentially up to 15% depending on assigned projects. The position has no supervisory responsibilities such as hiring or conducting performance or pay reviews, though it provides feedback for annual performance reviews of direct team members.
