About The Position
At Dev.Pro, we work on projects that impact millions of people around the world. We invite a Senior Project Manager to join our team and support the delivery of new components within a large-scale fintech data platform in the private markets domain. In this role, you’ll coordinate one or several Scrum teams operating in a SAFe environment, helping ensure smooth execution, collaboration, and consistent delivery across a complex, multi-component platform. You will support the delivery of new components within a complex fintech platform and contribute to ongoing team and platform scaling. You will gain exposure to the private markets domain and high-demand AI and blockchain technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and SAFe environments
- Experience coordinating delivery across several Scrum teams
- Experience working in complex, highly dependent environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work with technical teams and support delivery discussions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-changing environments
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to AI or blockchain-based projects
- Familiarity with data platforms or complex, integration-heavy systems
- Experience in fintech or private markets domains
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery activities within one or several Scrum teams
- Support collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams
- Identify and resolve delivery blockers to enable timely delivery
- Support sprint execution and quarterly PI planning activities
- Assist in maintaining delivery processes and improving team collaboration
- Work with stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
- Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
- Support teams in managing priorities and changes in a complex environment
