About The Position

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking Senior Project Managers with leadership experience and technical expertise to oversee and deliver complex, high-impact telecom infrastructure projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive the successful execution of major initiatives including fiber optic deployments, wireless infrastructure builds, and large-scale network upgrades. You will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, and meet high quality and safety standards. In this senior-level capacity, you will provide strategic direction, lead cross-functional teams, optimize operational performance, and contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Requirements

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds
• Education in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted)
• Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes)
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Champion and uphold Ledcor’s safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites
• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds
• Manage risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities
• Oversee the project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies
• Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Negotiate contract execution and change order management
• Help establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation
