Senior Project Manager (ERP/SaaS Implementation)
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise ERP and SaaS implementation projects from initiation through post-production support. The ideal candidate has progressed from a Business Analyst (BA) role into Project Management, bringing a strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management. This role requires hands-on experience managing ERP or SaaS implementations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple projects. Candidates should also possess SQL skills to support implementation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, including ERP or SaaS implementation projects.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst, with progression into Project Management.
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle ERP or SaaS implementation projects.
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- SQL skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP and SaaS implementation, migration, enhancement, and integration projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, solution design meetings, and sprint planning sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and third-party vendors.
- Manage project governance, change requests, and resource planning.
- Ensure successful execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, deployment, and post-production support.
- Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and project delivery processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
