About The Position

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously across its national and global commercial real estate portfolio. As the primary client contact and trusted advisor, this role involves managing diverse project types while coordinating numerous stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, including managing concurrent projects across different markets, building executive-level relationships, and navigating the complexities of large-scale real estate programs. The role focuses on delivering strategic solutions that achieve client portfolio goals, collaborating across JLL platforms to maximize client value, developing people, supporting ambitions beyond the workplace, and leveraging technology and data for effective decision-making.

Requirements

10+ years in real estate/project/program management
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across different project types and markets
Experience with projects throughout the full real estate lifecycle (planning, design, construction, occupancy)
Track record of managing diverse stakeholder groups and building effective relationships at all levels
Demonstrated success communicating with C-suite executives and managing their varying expectations
Experience working across multiple markets, preferably globally, with ability to navigate regional differences
Comprehensive knowledge of real estate development processes, approvals, and regulations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect strategic vision to tactical execution
Advanced organizational skills with ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments
Expertise in project scheduling and budget management across varied project types
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, including Smartsheet
Strong contract management capabilities
Knowledge of disciplined project management methodologies (Six Sigma, PMP certification preferred)
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding of standard business and accounting practices
Proficiency in AI tools and applications for project management, data analysis, and process optimization
Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or engineering
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Drive efficiency and consistency across multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity.

Navigate competing priorities and expectations while maintaining alignment across all parties.
Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders who have varying levels of industry experience.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across JLL's platform to deliver integrated solutions.
Facilitate reprioritization conversations among stakeholders when conflicts arise.
Leverage JLL's broader capabilities to provide portfolio-specific insights and expertise.
Lead project teams through example, establishing strong rapport while driving operational excellence.
