Leads, directs and coordinates the overall management of multiple projects. This role is responsible for developing a high-performance team through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring, and ensuring regular feedback is shared with staff. The position involves understanding and administering contract and subcontract agreements, fostering and enhancing owner, architect, subcontractor and vendor relations, and establishing and communicating the Master Project Schedule. The Senior Project Manager will manage the project budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports, and manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Program. They will also oversee field operations and engineering processes, drive team competencies in insurance, labor relations, and employee relations, and enforce safety protocols. Additionally, the role involves working with Accounting to initiate and follow up on the Pay Application process, keeping management informed of project progress and budget through Operation Review Meetings (ORMs), and supporting the utilization of Turner initiatives and technologies.
