Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 15+ years in the position of Sr. Electrical Project Manager
• Must have a Minimum of 10-15 Years in the Electrical Construction Industry
• Must be willing to manage and coordinate all Project Managers assigned under their direction
• Must be able to handle projects upwards of $5-10M+
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Proven success working with all levels of management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Full Knowledge of the NFPA 70, 70E and 72.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
• Project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and Primevera
• Experience in financial monthly projections
• Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
• Monthly financial reporting
• Manage GC schedule and implement 30, 90 and 120 day look labor look ahead
• Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors and subcontractors
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
