About The Job You're Considering We're seeking an enthusiastic Salesforce Project Manager with relevant experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their career in Salesforce technologies, supporting presales initiatives and helping to grow our professional services practice.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate analytical and qualitative abilities
  • Participation in each phase of at least 5 full Salesforce lifecycle implementations
  • Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least 2 - 10 Salesforce implementations
  • Experience in Salesforce Service and Sales cloud
  • At least have a minimum 5 years of Salesforce project/program management experience
  • Management of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach
  • 5- 15+ years managing IT projects dealing with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working within an established PMO process
  • Experience managing 3rd party implementation vendors
  • Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills
  • Significant consulting/client facing experience (includes Director Level and above)

Nice To Haves

  • Beneficial to have prior experience working with offshore and distributed development teams

Responsibilities

  • Provide centralized governance and execution leadership across multiple roadmap initiatives, ensuring strict alignment with product strategy and priorities.
  • Own program-level planning, orchestration, and performance tracking, proactively managing cross‑initiative dependencies, risks, and delivery issues.
  • Drive clear, consistent communication and alignment with managers and senior delivery stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution and successful program outcomes.
  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
