PCI is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for its PCI Dallas 114 operations based in the West Texas/Panhandle. This individual will be responsible for actively participating in safety plans and measures, understanding and following corporate safety guidelines, creating and managing punch lists, and being accountable for Quality Control measures. The role involves preparing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings, understanding building systems and their relation to the building process, and coordinating activities for maximum productivity. Responsibilities also include performing quantitative takeoffs, ordering materials, pricing change orders, creating and implementing job schedules, coordinating with field supervisors, communicating issues, performing labor control, coordinating warranties and O&Ms, assisting in vendor selection, and managing subcontractor buyouts, contracts, and work. The Senior Project Manager will also be accountable for job cost control through monthly Financial Analysis Worksheets (FAWs) and supporting the branch through positive customer relations and participation in the Customer Alignment Plan.
