About The Position

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. This role involves leading the execution of project plans, coordinating technical efforts, managing resources, and ensuring the delivery of specialized mission execution services across the Pacific theater. The position requires translating mission requirements into actionable plans, communicating with mission partners, and providing leadership and guidance to subordinate staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
10+ years of position-relevant experience.
Experience in formal project oversight and leading Technical Teams.
Must hold an active Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

PMP or CAPM certification.
DAWIA Level II in Program Management (or equivalent).
Experience with USSOCOM logistics and mission execution frameworks.

Responsibilities

Leads the execution of Project Plans and coordinates technical efforts across multifunctional departments.
Authorize task-level adjustments and validate project milestones to maintain organizational alignment.
Manage the allocation of project resources and lead Technical Teams in achieving complex mission objectives.
Manages the delivery of specialized mission execution services across the Pacific theater.
Translate mission requirements into actionable Project Plans and coordinate the transition of personnel and equipment to support theater-level goals.
Maintain a steady flow of communication with Mission Partners regarding project performance and ensure adherence to theater-specific operational standards.
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
