About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial interior construction projects focused on corporate workplace environments, tenant improvements (TI), and high-end office buildouts. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong background delivering design-driven interior projects. The ideal candidate can confidently manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong client relationships and driving exceptional project execution.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Strong background in commercial interiors, workplace construction, and tenant improvement (TI) projects
  • Experience delivering high-end, design-focused interior construction projects
  • Proven success managing fast-track projects within occupied commercial environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule and quality expectations
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project sequencing
  • Experience with Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management software
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and client-facing skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
  • Manage corporate office buildouts, workplace renovations, and tenant improvement (TI) projects
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall financial performance
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams across multiple active projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes for constructability and project alignment
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, scheduling, safety, and quality control
  • Drive project execution within fast-track and occupied commercial environments
  • Collaborate with preconstruction teams on budgeting, planning, buyout, and project strategy
  • Maintain high standards for interior finishes, detailing, and overall project quality
  • Identify and proactively resolve project risks, coordination challenges, and field issues
