About The Position

The Senior Project Manager supports mission-critical objectives under the referenced work order by overseeing overall contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across the EDA program. This role leads program-level risk management and governance while engaging with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; or A minimum of eleven (11) years of professional experience managing complex technical projects.
• PMP certification required.
• Demonstrated experience in Program lifecycle management and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated experience in Risk mitigation and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in Interagency coordination and DoD contract execution.
• Demonstrated experience in Performance evaluation and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated experience in SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in program governance, risk management, and budget oversight.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• An active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
