About The Position

Guided by our vision to create financial solutions that make lives better, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise initiatives and drive successful project outcomes across the organization. The Senior Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee multiple large-scale projects from initiation through completion. This role partners closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification required.
  • Eight plus years of project management experience.
  • Five plus years managing complex, high-risk enterprise or technical projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in financial services or credit unions preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple large-scale, complex projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Engage executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
  • Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and align stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments and external partners.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that support organizational adoption.
  • Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Define and improve project management processes, reporting, and documentation frameworks.
  • Lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Coach and mentor team members.
