  • Serve as the customer’s primary day-to-day contact and build strong relationships with customer representatives, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Establish project scopes, schedules, budgets, milestones, resource plans, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, field labor, subcontractors, commissioning, and service activities.
  • Monitor project costs, labor performance, billing milestones, forecasts, risks, and overall profitability.
  • Review drawings, specifications, bills of material, submittments, requests for information, change orders, and closeout documentation.
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear, timely status reports to customers and company leadership.
  • Coordinate site access, work windows, safety requirements, and operational constraints at active transportation facilities.
  • Identify and resolve schedule, material, technical, and staffing issues before they affect delivery.
  • Ensure installations meet contractual requirements, applicable standards, customer expectations, and 3D Technology Services’ quality standards.
  • Manage testing, commissioning, punch-list completion, training, as-built documentation, and final customer acceptance.
