About The Position

Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support our Air & Missile Defense Business Unit. The candidate will develop and manage system related requirements and capabilities with representatives of foreign governments, other US Government agencies, and Industry support contractors to coordinate and assure optimal customer support and on time accomplishment of the program’s objectives within budget and schedule. The candidate will prepare, coordinate, manage, and analyze plans for the release of weapon system hardware, software, and data. Review training material, training plans, schedules, and training support packages. Coordinate and provide logistics and technical support during all phases of the system’s life cycle.

Requirements

• US Citizenship.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with an advanced degree in engineering or business preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years program related experience in related areas with at least 5 years functional or program management experience.
• Must have an active secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Air Missile Defense related experience desired.
• Project Management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with cost, schedule and technical performance responsibilities, project planning/analysis, program development, execution, financial, and contracts.
• Provide recommendations to complex problems related to program management.
• Developing and implementing program plans, strategies, and objectives, ensuring alignment with DoW priorities.
• Managing program budgets, schedules, and personnel to achieve program goals.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the program.
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including government officials, contractors, and other relevant parties.
• Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program progress and ensure objectives are met.
• Ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and DoW regulations.
• Leading and mentoring program teams, providing guidance and support.
• Identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and process optimization within the program.
• Conducting thorough analysis, providing recommendations, and preparing regular reports on program status and performance.
