About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic technology transformation initiatives across our Services portfolio. This individual will be responsible for managing complex consulting and professional services engagements involving Modern Infrastructure, Modern Work, Security, Azure Cloud, Data & Analytics, and AI solutions. The ideal candidate combines exceptional project management discipline with strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. They will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, lead cross-functional delivery teams, drive executive stakeholder engagement, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, on budget, and aligned with desired business outcomes. This role requires a collaborative and adaptable leader who is comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects, navigating ambiguity, and supporting the delivery of transformational initiatives across diverse industries and customer environments. This role reports to the Technical Team Lead.

Requirements

8+ years of project management experience within a technology consulting, systems integration, managed services, or professional services organization.
5+ years managing infrastructure, cloud, security, workplace transformation, data, or AI-related projects.
Proven experience leading complex technology transformation initiatives.
Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $250,000.
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional technical and business teams.
Strong understanding of project governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects
Manage multiple concurrent projects across Modern Infrastructure, Modern Work, Security, Azure, Data & AI solution areas.
Develop and maintain project charters, project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, scope documents, and communication plans.
Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, and business objectives.
Manage project governance, stakeholder communications, risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
Apply Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies as appropriate.
Monitor project health, dependencies, and resource capacity while proactively addressing delivery risks.
Facilitate project working sessions, governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations.
Serve as the primary delivery lead for customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Build trusted advisor relationships with business and technology leaders.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.
Manage customer expectations through proactive communication and transparent governance.
Drive customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance business value.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, profitability, and resource allocation.
Track project milestones, contractual obligations, and statement of work deliverables.
Support revenue forecasting, invoicing, and project financial reporting.
Ensure effective utilization of project resources and adherence to delivery standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams including: Infrastructure Architects, Cloud Engineers, Security Consultants, Data Engineers, AI Specialists, Change Management and Adoption Consultants
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Escalate resource constraints and project risks appropriately while driving resolution.
Maintain project dashboards, executive summaries, and status reporting.
Communicate project progress, risks, financial performance, and key milestones to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, delivery frameworks, and organizational best practices.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery methodologies and tools.
