WSP is seeking an experienced water infrastructure leader to help strengthen and grow its Massachusetts water practice. This individual will lead major projects, develop staff, improve delivery performance, and help build a high-performing team capable of supporting continued growth throughout New England. This role is ideal for a leader who finds as much satisfaction in developing people and building operational excellence as in delivering technically complex projects. The role involves working closely with regional leadership on growth initiatives, playing a key role in recruiting and succession planning, and having real influence over how the practice operates and evolves. The Massachusetts market is expanding due to MassDEP regulatory requirements, PFAS response, and a multi-year infrastructure investment cycle across municipal utilities. WSP is building the team to meet this demand, offering an opportunity to be part of this build rather than managing a steady-state operation. The position offers influence over project delivery across the region, a key role in mentoring and developing future leaders, close collaboration with regional leadership on growth and operational initiatives, and a clear path toward Area Manager, Operations Leader, and Practice Leader roles.
