About The Position

One Federal Solution seeks a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead one or more Agile teams on the HQ Services program. The role combines strong Scrum practices with ISO 9001 quality management to deliver high-quality work. The Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master serves as the primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fosters collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement, manages quality systems, removes impediments, and protects the team from outside distractions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of Scrum practices.
• Proven track record implementing Quality Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001.
• Bachelor's degree, or 9 years of relevant experience in place of the degree.
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
• Build a team environment that encourages collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Implement and manage Quality Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001 to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Protect the team from outside distractions.
