About The Position

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic Supply Chain Transformation initiatives across our global manufacturing operations. This role will partner closely with business and IT leaders to drive enterprise programs focused on SAP-enabled supply chain modernization, master data governance, demand planning, inventory management, production planning, and manufacturing process optimization. The successful candidate will combine deep project and program management expertise with strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and SAP supply chain processes. The ideal candidate is a senior project and program leader who understands both the operational realities of manufacturing and the discipline required to successfully execute enterprise transformation initiatives. This individual excels at leading cross-functional teams, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and delivering measurable business results through SAP and supply chain modernization programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive project and program management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex SAP, supply chain, manufacturing, or ERP transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to lead projects through the full delivery lifecycle from initiation through sustainment.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience operating effectively in global, matrixed manufacturing organizations.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification or equivalent project/program management certification.
  • Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting supply chain transformation, manufacturing modernization, or planning system implementations.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, or related certifications.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, including: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings and Work Centers, Master Data Management.
  • Experience managing enterprise initiatives with budgets, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large, complex supply chain and manufacturing transformation initiatives across multiple business units and global locations.
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, budgets, resource forecasts, governance forums, and executive communications.
  • Drive portfolio-level risk management, dependency management, issue resolution, and delivery accountability.
  • Provide strategic leadership across multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment to business priorities and enterprise objectives.
  • Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, and technology teams to drive informed decision-making and successful outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives focused on demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, production scheduling, capacity planning, and manufacturing process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Finance teams to standardize processes and improve operational performance.
  • Support enterprise efforts to improve forecast accuracy, inventory visibility, service levels, and production efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of scalable processes, governance models, and best practices across manufacturing plants and business units.
  • Lead programs involving SAP ECC, supply chain applications, and enterprise master data governance solutions.
  • Partner with business process owners and technical teams to deliver system enhancements, process improvements, data initiatives, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Ensure successful execution of requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, organizational readiness, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
  • Coordinate internal resources, external partners, and global stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with executive leadership, business sponsors, plant leadership, and functional stakeholders.
  • Facilitate steering committees, executive reviews, and cross-functional workshops.
  • Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes with clarity and transparency.
  • Mentor project teams and promote excellence in project management delivery practices.
  • Apply Enterprise PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and governance practices.
  • Promote disciplined execution, accountability, and continuous improvement across assigned programs.
  • Contribute to the advancement of enterprise project and program management capabilities.
