About The Position

GHD is seeking a Relationship Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead and grow one of our most important municipal client relationships while delivering complex infrastructure programs across the Greater Toronto Area. This unique dual-role position combines strategic client leadership with hands-on project delivery. Approximately 50% of your time will be focused on strengthening GHD's multi-market relationship with the Region of Peel, while the remaining 50% will involve leading major municipal infrastructure projects and multidisciplinary teams. Requirements

  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects and programs.
  • Strong understanding of municipal project delivery, approvals, utilities, property coordination, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with the Region of Peel.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships, influence stakeholders, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience leading pursuits, proposals, and strategic business planning initiatives.
  • Ability to travel throughout the GTHA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large, complex municipal infrastructure projects and programs, including transportation, roadway, and water infrastructure initiatives.
  • Serve as GHD's Relationship Manager for the Region of Peel, building and strengthening executive-level client relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans, identify upcoming opportunities, and support major pursuits and proposals.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams while fostering collaboration across GHD's transportation, water, environmental, and buildings practices.
  • Act as the voice of the client within GHD, helping teams deliver exceptional project outcomes and client experiences.
  • Support business growth through strategic engagement, market intelligence, and client development activities.
