As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, high-visibility initiatives that directly influence product performance, product cost, supply continuity, quality, regulatory compliance, customer experience, and business growth. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in ambiguity, can align diverse stakeholders around a common objective, and is energized by solving challenging technical and business problems. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven leader who combines project management excellence with technical curiosity, commercial awareness, and the ability to bring people together to solve complex problems. This is a hybrid role based in Kalamazoo, MI, requiring you to be on-site 3-4 days per week, so candidates must live within a commutable distance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of project charters, management plans, and detailed Gantt charts
  • Define and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Develop and maintain quality and risk management plans using multiple planning tools and techniques
  • Assign and manage project resources, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables
  • Create and execute stakeholder and communication management plans
  • Collaborate on procurement planning and vendor selection
  • Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team development
  • Own project outcomes by evaluating trade-offs, managing critical paths, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
