As a member of the social media team which sits in the Public Affairs department, the Senior Project Manager of social media is responsible for the implementation of NYCEDC’s social media strategy by crafting compelling content and launching and managing ad campaigns to NYCEDC-owned social media channels. The SPM reports to the AVP of social media and works closely with External Affairs, interdisciplinary project teams, a wide range of stakeholders, and other city agencies to social first content plans and ad campaigns. In addition, the SPM plays a key role in the implementation of the executive thought leadership strategy on social media, including social content for the President & CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a passion for social media storytelling and data-driven marketing.
