The Senior Project Manager, PE will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams on a variety of civil engineering and water resource projects. This role is ideal for an experienced civil or environmental engineer who enjoys managing complex projects, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and guiding technical teams from planning and design through construction. The successful candidate will manage projects involving civil design, water resources and irrigation systems, hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, reservoir design and permitting, environmental permitting, geotechnical engineering, surveying, and construction engineering. Responsibilities include overseeing design development, preparing plans and technical specifications, coordinating with public agencies and stakeholders, and managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Requirements

  • Professional Engineer with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Strong project management and team leadership skills.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable under WWC's vehicle insurance.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to plan, schedule work, and complete work assignments within established budgets and timelines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Diligent and dependable.
  • Able to work on a wide variety of projects.
  • Collaborate with others to capitalize on WWC's collective capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is highly desirable.
