Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (MS preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Florida PE preferred).
• 10+ years of structural design and project management experience.
• Expertise in steel, concrete, and wood design for both new construction and renovations.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software (e.g., RAM, CSI).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing client relationships in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural design projects from conception to completion.
