About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Mechanical Piping/HVAC to oversee projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of mechanical construction processes, particularly within commercial and industrial settings, including government installations.

Clean criminal background and credit history
Ability to pass military background check and gain access to DoD installations

Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project
Prior experience with commercial/industrial mechanical and plumbing construction and/or project management.

Nice To Haves

Associate or higher degree in engineering related program or equivalent trade/related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret mechanical and plumbing construction drawings and cut sheets.
Responsible for reviewing and management of overall project schedule.
Attendance of weekly meetings both with general contractor and/or DoD personnel.
Host daily meetings with subcontractors/vendors working on site.
Coordinate internal resources and third-parties/vendors for the execution of project.
Tracking and documenting changes in scope.
Daily management and quality control of subcontractors.
Review of received materials & equipment against approved submittals.
Completion of quality control inspections and daily work completed reports.
Maintain and enforce safety regulations and building code requirements to ensure all work is performed in a safe manner.
