Hiring a Senior Project Manager, responsible for guiding the end-to-end execution of high-impact projects. You will lead and develop Project Managers, oversee project financials, and ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes. Serving as a key leader, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage resources at scale, and ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

Prior experience managing individual mechanical construction projects exceeding $5MM.
Prior experience managing portfolios greater than $15MM.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with labor unions.
Demonstrated ability to continuously enhance management relations and operational efficiencies.
High degree of integrity.
