Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, IT, or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing large-scale projects (5M+ budget, team of 10+).
  • Experience in Agile projects.
  • Demonstrated courage in decision-making and accountability to navigate challenges.
  • Seen as a leader by colleagues.
  • Organized, diplomatic, and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mind and good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deconstruct complex scenarios into coherent and actionable tasks.
  • Exceptional documentation and presentation skills to articulate problems or requests comprehensibly to all stakeholders.
  • Curiosity to learn, evolve skills, and share with others.
  • Proficiency in adopting new technologies and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Bilingualism (French and English).

Responsibilities

  • Managing business and digital projects, working closely with colleagues from various departments (Marketing, Financing, Advisory Services, Finance, HR, etc.) up to executive levels.
  • Overseeing project management from initiation to post-implementation within a versatile and dynamic project environment undergoing an agile transformation focused on collaboration and delivery optimization.
  • Defining and monitoring scope, project plans, dependencies, budgets, timeline, resources allocation and sourcing, risk and issues, mitigation measures, changes, and quality of deliverables.
  • Understanding and challenging both the technical and application aspects of projects.
  • Breaking down and explaining project management concepts and methodologies to demonstrate their value to internal customers.
